The thermal print head might be damaged by being scratched by the sandy particles and causing the blank lines on the image if there are the dust or tiny sandy particles remaining on the screen surface.
Please follow the steps below before screen making.
1. Clean the thermal head with a microfiber cloth.
2. Clean the screen surface with a microfiber dust mop and then with an antistatic brush.
3. Set it up on the QS main unit. Do not contact the screen frame against the thermal head.
