MiScreen a4 is a digital screen maker that is easy to use even for beginners. It is an easy-to-use screen maker that requires no specialized skills.
Conventional screen making requires considerable time and effort to complete the process, but with MiScreen a4, data is sent directly from the PC and it is completed in just about 35 seconds.
Conventional screen printing is a stencil printing method that uses a ordinary mesh masked with the emulsion. Compared to digital printing method, the screen printing involves some of manual work to make goods, so you can enjoy the pleasure of making goods with the hands on working. Multicolor screen printing can be done regardless of manual or automatic printing.
Connect the MiScreen a4 unit with a computer and send the artwork.
Hold down the cover switch and make a screen.
Set the substrate and the imaged screen frame on the printing board.
Apply ink on the screen and print with the squeegee.
MiScreen a4 can receive digitally designed data directly from a PC.
It is easy to operate, even for children, as it automatically produces the screen with the digital image.
