Precise Image Quality and Accurate Registration
The special thermal head same as QS2536 has an applied energy equivalent to 600 dpi that excels in solid printing, and a 1,200 dpi perforation density for detailed work.
Using a high mesh count screen master, fine graduations in printing become possible.

Applicable to automatic T-shirts screen presses and Table screen printers
Enable to use both standard frames or table screen printing with their registration parts.Changing the setting of the frame guide.

Digital Screen making process

RISO Dry Thermal Screen Making System is a CTS* system with a thermal head that heat-perforates a screen master of mesh laminated with film. Enables low-cost, speedy screen making even for sample and small-lot production, and across a wide range of jobs, from multi-color T-shirts to name plates.
