Introduction
RISO is marketing screen master reinforcing agents, the RISO MASTER HARDENERs.
The RISO MASTER HARDENER enhances the printing durability of screen masters created with GOCCOPRO by 3 to 4 times.
In this article, we will introduce and compare two types of hardeners offered from RISO:
“The RISO MASTER HARDENER RED” and “The RISO MASTER HARDENER BLUE.”
RISO MASTER HARDENER RED
RISO MASTER HARDENER RED
Applying the coating increases durability by 3 to 4 times compared to non coated Screen Masters.
In addition, since the coated area is colored, the improved visibility makes registration easier.
Compatible with water-based inks and a wide variety of plastisol inks.
RISO MASTER HARDENER BLUE
RISO MASTER HARDENER BLUE
The RISO Hardener Blue is a reinforcement agent that coats the film and mesh to prevent pinholes.
Applying the coating increases durability by 3 to 4 times compared to non coated Screen Masters.
Additionally, it prevents solvent penetration into the coated area and reduces film and mesh delamination.
The colored coated area will have better visibility, leading to easier registration.
Compatible with plastisol and solvent inks.
