RISO participated in ”FESPA Barcelona 2026,” which was held from May 19 to 22, 2026.
We partnered with MARKET SCREENTYPOGRAPHIC S.r.l. (commonly known as MST), an Italy-based company that markets screen printing products, including the GOCCOPRO series.

The proposal that generated the most buzz was a combination printing technique that fuses screen printing—using screen produced with the “GOCCOPRO QS2536”—with DTF (Direct to Film), a technology that has taken the market by storm in recent years.
While DTF has rapidly expanded its market share in the textile printing industry, technical and design-related challenges—such as a tendency to compromise breathability and a tendency toward uniform texture—are also beginning to surface.
Although the uniformity of the finished product offers the advantage of consistent quality, it also makes it difficult for professional printers to differentiate themselves from competitors and to meet customers’ specific preferences and requests for customization.
The solution we propose for this challenge is the integration of DTF and screen printing. By using screen printing—which offers a pleasant texture and excellent breathability—to render the majority of the design, and employing DTF for accent graphics, we create high-value-added apparel that balances aesthetic appeal with comfort.
At the booth, a demonstration was held of the following efficient production workflow, which combines ANATOL’s “Tornado” manual screen printing press with the “DTP4060” heat press.
