The basic and commonly used sizes are from 70 to 200 mesh counts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore screen master with large openings such as 70 mesh count is suitable for designs with solid area and gold and silver inks which have large particles. On the otherhand, pigment inks which contain large particles cannot pass through finer mesh count screen such as 200 mesh count.
